4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Timelines
We ship our gelato products using temperature-controlled packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Gelotti is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
4.2 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our products are perishable. Once an order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Gelotti is not liable for products that melt, spoil, or are otherwise damaged due to the recipient’s failure to retrieve the package promptly.
4.3 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to select locations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Availability may vary by season. We reserve the right to decline orders to certain locations at our discretion.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
