Founded in 1984 in the heart of Paterson, Gelotti quickly became known for its small-batch gelato, richly flavored ice creams, and hand-crafted Italian ices. Today, under the leadership of second-generation owners Robert and his brother Joseph Sigona, Gelotti continues to honor its old-world roots while embracing a fresh, modern vision.
At Gelotti, quality is a non-negotiable.
